These terms and conditions apply to online short courses offered by Space Studios Ltd T/A Space Alexander Technique
By purchasing or accessing any of our short courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Definitions
In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Space Alexander Technique. “You”, “your”, and “student” refer to the individual purchasing or accessing a course.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@spacestudios.co.uk within this 14-day period. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances after this period.
Each student is entitled to use the money-back guarantee only once. After a refund has been issued, the guarantee will no longer apply to any future purchases made by the same student from Space Alexander Technique.
3. Access and Use of Course Materials
Course materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only through your Space Alexander Technique account. You may stream and, where available, download materials for offline personal viewing.
All content—including videos, audio, written material, downloadable files, and other media—is the intellectual property of Space Alexander Technique and is licensed, not sold, to you. You may not lend, sell, resell, rent, upload, distribute, publicly perform, broadcast, or otherwise make available any part of the course to others.
Downloading streamed material not specifically provided in the “Downloads” folder is strictly prohibited.
4. Use of Materials for Teaching
You may not use any part of the course materials to teach others or for instructional purposes without our prior written permission. If you wish to use our content in an educational setting, please contact us directly.
5. Conduct and Behaviour
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your course access without refund if you engage in behaviour deemed abusive, aggressive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate towards our staff, tutors, or other students.
This includes any form of online harassment or breach of professional standards expected in educational environments.
6. Staff and Tuition
Where courses include personal tuition, while we strive to provide continuity of tuition, we reserve the right to change or reassign tutorial staff at any time and without notice.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Alexander Technique disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our courses, reliance on any content provided, or actions you may take based on course material.
8. Medical Disclaimer
The Alexander Technique is not a medical intervention. It does not aim to cure medical conditions. Alexander Technique Teachers are not trained in medicine and do not offer medical diagnosis or treatment or therapy. Any improvements in medical conditions and general health and well-being associated with learning the Alexander Technique can be considered by-products of an improved use of the self and such beneficial outcomes, though frequently reported, are not guaranteed to occur.
All course content is provided in good faith for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any medical, career, financial, or personal decisions made based on information provided in the course.

Space Alexander Technique reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice and without refund, if you breach any part of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
