This is a six-week course that will help you to Move Well and Live Better! It follows the same process as in-person lessons. Each lesson will be delivered at the same time every week, with a mid-week check-in. Each lesson comprises
A main video,
A guided activity, usually a lie-down,
An audio file of the guide so you can take it with you wherever you are,

Hello and welcome to the first week of your course!
You'll see there are two video parts to each week:
A lesson on the theory and practice of better movement and thinking.
A guided activity, most likely a lie-down.
Then there is an audio version of the guide, so that you don't have to look at the screen while you're doing it.
Other parts:
PDF of learning points: read on screen or download and print out.
PDF of a journal page: download, print out and fill in, or just use the titles as prompts in a notebook.
The video and audio aren't downloadable, but you can watch them as often as you like, no matter how far you've gone through the course.
